Quick Paste

Quick Paste is the fastest way to recover a recent clip without switching into the main app window.

Default flow

1. Press ⇧⌘V to open Quick Paste.
2. Start typing to filter recent clips by content, source, or metadata-derived text.
3. Move through results with the keyboard or pointer.
4. Press Return to paste the selected item, or click a row to copy it immediately.

What you can do

• Preview the selected item with Space.
• Press 1–9 or 0 to paste one of the first ten matches. When search is focused, use ⌘1–⌘0; 0 selects the tenth match.
• Use Mini, Normal, or Expanded mode from Settings, depending on how much detail you want to see.
• Keep the panel near the pointer, or behind it, with the Appearance settings.

Accessibility permission

If macOS Accessibility permission is missing, Levelory shows inline guidance inside Quick Paste. You can open System Settings from that banner, grant permission, then refresh the permission state without leaving the workflow.

Release to Paste

The advanced Release to Paste option lets the selected item paste when you release the Quick Paste shortcut. Leave it off if you prefer the explicit Return-to-paste flow.
